• Min. 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, assistant plusieurs managers en même temps
• Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais et l'anglais. La connaissance de toute autre langue est un plus
• Prendre soin des gens est votre seconde nature
• Un talent organisationnel avec un état d'esprit positif
• La pro-activité et l'appropriation sont essentielles dans ce rôle.
• Proficient with MS Office
• La gestion du temps est l'une de vos meilleures pratiques et la résilience est votre deuxième prénom.
  

Votre panier de responsabilités ?

• Support our higher management in day-to-day operations
• Gestion des bureaux et installations de nos tout nouveaux bureaux à Anvers
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations & review existing presentations on layout
• Organiser des réunions et préparer les comptes rendus de réunion
• Check existing technical documentation and correct where needed
• Fournir un soutien lors de la préparation et de l'organisation d'événements commerciaux.
• Contribuer à la partie organisationnelle de l'introduction technique des nouveaux employés.
